How do I receive the program?
Once you have purchased a program and entered all your personal details, you will be redirected to the members area. From there you will have your custom built program ready to access!
Is this a subscription based program?
Yes, maintenance is crucial for advancing in your fitness journey, which is why our programs are regularly updated with personalized workouts and meal plans based on your chosen program. You'll also receive ongoing support from me and my team. The best part is that you're not locked into a long-term commitment—you can cancel anytime.
Are the programs available world wide?
Absolutely, my programs are available for purchase and access from anywhere in the world! It's essential to me that everyone, regardless of location, can benefit from this program.
Is the program the same every month?
No, each month offers something new. This includes increasing the weights you lift, introducing new exercise variations, and adjusting your diet as your body evolves. It’s important to continually challenge your body to ensure progress.
Will I get results if I’ve tried other programs before and they didn’t work?
Yes, the program is designed to be sustainable, flexible, and results-driven. Your workouts and meals are personalised to your preferences, lifestyle, and goals, making it easier to stick to long-term compared to generic plans. If you follow the program as intended, you will see progress.
How quickly will I start seeing results?
Results are immediate — you will feel improvements in energy, motivation, and focus right from your first week. Physical changes vary depending on consistency, effort, and your starting point, but the program is designed for noticeable progress from day one.
What if I have an injury or limitation?
You can adjust your workout plan to suit your needs. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, and adapt exercises as recommended by a professional.
Can I use this program if I’m pregnant or postpartum?
Yes, but only with medical clearance. You can adjust workouts and meals to suit your needs, however we recommend speaking to your doctor before making any changes to your diet or exercise during pregnancy or postpartum recovery.
What if I’m really busy — how much time will this take each week?
Most workouts are 30–45 minutes and can be done from home or the gym. The meal plan is designed to be simple, with quick recipes and easy swaps.

How do I cancel?
To cancel your subscription you must email me with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that once you cancel your account, all plans and support will be removed from your account.
Can I pause payment without canceling my account?

Is there a minimum subscription term?
Yes, there is an 8-week minimum term for this subscription. No refunds are offered except with a valid medical certificate.
What happens after the 8-week minimum term ends?
Your subscription will automatically continue on your chosen billing cycle until you decide to cancel. You can cancel anytime after the 8-week term by following the cancellation steps in your account.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
No, due to the instant access and personalised nature of the program, we do not offer refunds. The only exception is with a valid medical certificate preventing you from participating.
What if I can’t use the program due to illness or injury?
If you provide a valid medical certificate, we can pause or cancel your subscription in line with our medical override policy.
Meal plans
How can I adjust my dislikes list?
To adjust your dislikes list, go to your profile tab in the members area. Select ‘dietary preferences,’ then click on the ‘ingredients I dislike’ tab. From there, you can add or remove ingredients from your dislikes list.
How do I swap meals?
To swap out meals, click on the meal you want to replace. You’ll see a ‘swap’ option on the tab; select it and follow the instructions on the pop-up window.
Do I have to follow the meal plan exactly?
No, it’s designed to be flexible. You can swap meals and snacks for options you enjoy while staying aligned with your goals.
Can I still enjoy my favourite foods while on the program?
Yes, we believe in balance, not restriction. You can enjoy your favourite treats in moderation while still making progress.
Workout Plans
Is this beginner friendly?
Yes, the program is beginner-friendly. Workouts are customized to fit your goals and experience level. If you're new to the gym, you'll receive a personalized program designed just for you. You can start with weights that match your fitness level and gradually increase as you progress.
Can I do the workout plan at home?
We can customize the plan for you to complete at home if you prefer! All you'll need is a set of weights or dumbbells. Just select the "home only" option on the setup form.
How do I swap workouts?
To swap workouts, click on the exercise you want to replace. On the right side of the screen you will see a ‘swap’ icon. Click on this and follow the instructions on the pop-up window.
Support & Personalisation
Will I get support if I have questions about the program?
Yes, you have access to in-app support for any technical issues, plus regular updates and adjustments to keep your plan aligned with your goals.
How personalised are the meal and workout plans to me?
Highly personalised. You can enter your food preferences, dislikes, and dietary requirements, and your workouts are based on your goals, fitness level, and available equipment.
Can I change my goals part-way through?
Yes, you can update your goals at any time just let us know and we can adjust your plan accordingly.
Access & Tech
Do I need special equipment or can I do this at home?
You can train anywhere. The app gives you the option to select a home-based or gym-based plan. Home workouts use minimal equipment such as a set of resistance bands, gym plans use standard equipment.
What if I have trouble accessing the app?
If you experience technical issues, our support team can assist you. You’ll find contact options inside the app and on our website.
Does the app work on all devices?
Yes, it works on both iOS and Android devices, as well as tablets & desktop.
