What if I've never trained before?
No experience needed. The programs are built for all fitness levels and guide you step by step.
Is it safe to train while breastfeeding?
Absolutely. Nutrition targets inside the app are adjusted for breastfeeding so your energy and supply are fully supported.
When can I start postpartum?
You can join from day one. The early weeks focus on gentle recovery and core rehab — we meet you where you are.
